I need to do some art. I feel liked I've been all art-ed out since school ended, but I'm starting to get that creative itch. I even bought a small sketchbook yesterday to carry around. I brought it with me to a drum circle last night. The nice thing about drum circles is that they're mostly stationary so it's easy to draw people. Or, at least, it would be easy to draw people if I didn't fail at life-drawing.

Today I'm going to tattoo someone. I'm nervous and I don't really want to, I don't want to be responsible for anything going wrong. But she's been begging me for months, ever since I got my machine in fact. It won't be difficult, All she wants is for me to go over her home-made tattoo of her Scorpio sign on her wrist that she did with a safety-pin and some indian ink. I would tell her no, but she'll find a way to get it done anyway. And I'd rather I do it with my actual tattoo machine, research, and practice than some 14-year-old with a home-made gun. I think I'd feel worse if something happened because I turned her down.

In other news: I'm going to New York F-ing City! Okay, I know that's not really news because I already announced that I got into The School of Visual Arts there. But I'm still excited as hell. Just 57 days until I move in to my 8x10' dorm room. I'm a little bummed that we can't bring our own furniture and that I'll be sharing a kitchen with at least 300 other people, but who cares - I'll be in Manhattan! I've already started making friends there and with people going to my school, the internet is a magical thing.

Speaking of the internet, I know I've been neglecting my account here on DA, I have over 1,000 deviations to look at and about 100 community messages. So forgive me for taking forever to respond, it may take me a while...
Anywhoo, my friend Marley who spent the night has just woken up so I have to go reach a coffee cup for her because she's short, hehehe. Anyway, until next time, Toodles.
